Returns

All complaints are made in accordance to e-commerce law within 14 days of receiving of the product. If there is any problem with the shipment you received – inappropriate size or you just do not like it and does not meet your expectations, please contact us at (+359) 884 694 520. We will explain in detail all the details and how to replace or return the item. The warranty is valid from the date of receipt if the warranty period (30 days) has expired, we do not take responsibility for the repair / replacement of the item. Expenses for post-warranty expiration or replacement are processed by the CUSTOMER.
